Danielle Bartlett is a member of the personal injury group at Beament Hebert Nicholson LLP working with Derek Nicholson on complex personal injury and product liability matters. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree at Carleton University and Juris Doctor degree at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. Since her call to the bar in 2017, she has practiced primarily in the areas of Civil Litigation, including insurance law and personal injury, representing clients recovering from various types of injuries. She has appeared before Ontario tribunals, Small Claims Court and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
Danielle is passionate about advocacy for survivors of sexual abuse and assault who wish to pursue their claims through civil actions. She maintains a compassionate “client first” approach to her practice as she is privileged to be able to assist people in their time of need and remain accountable to them.
In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, cooking and knitting.
Danielle is a member of The Advocacy Club and the County of Carleton Law Association.
