Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, many have experienced an increase or developed concerns involving their mental health. In studies done over the last year, mental health professionals found that there has been a steady increase in the number of people who have been diagnosed with depression, anxiety, or both. In the winter months, things have gotten worse for many. Self-isolation coupled with the dreary weather has been negatively affecting many individuals.
Our team at Nicholson Gluckstein Lawyers wanted to find a way to support our community and support those who may be having a difficult time. We are proud to announce our #ColourMeHappy initiative. Colouring, while fun, is also beneficial to mental health! Colouring can help boost your mood and decrease levels of stress. We will be mailing out mindfulness colouring books to anyone in our community that would like one.
