Gabriel Lessard joined the firm in 2017 as an articling student and returned after his call to the bar as a lawyer in 2018. He received his Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. As a law student, Gabriel volunteered at the Concordia Student Union Legal Information Clinic and the Queen’s Legal Aid Clinic. As a student caseworker, he started to develop a reputation as a passionate and professional litigator by representing clients at the Landlord and Tenant Board, the Social Benefits Tribunal and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
At Nicholson Gluckstein Lawyers, Gabriel’s practice is devoted to all areas of personal injury litigation on behalf of plaintiffs, including motor vehicle accident, accident benefit, occupier’s liability, product liability and medical malpractice claims. Gabriel regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals, working tirelessly to help secure the best outcome possible for clients.
