After receiving her Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Development Studies from Huron University College at the University of Western Ontario in 2005, Jan went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Western’s Law School in 2009. Jan has always been focused on helping people in the community and giving back and volunteered with the school’s Community Legal Clinic and Pro-Bono Students Canada while attending law school. Jan was also a participant in the international exchange program at ESADE in Barcelona, where she studied international and European Union law. Jan was called to the bar in June 2010 and then came to join the Nicholson Gluckstein Lawyers team.
Jan’s Personal Injury practice focuses on medical malpractice and professional liability, and she is a passionate, dedicated advocate for her clients and their families. She is committed to assisting them in obtaining favourable outcomes and giving them the best chances for their future after often experiencing traumatic, life-changing events.
